The enterprises' application procedure to the incubator

It is essential that the projects of the incubating enterprises must be in accordance with the national, provincial, and municipal hi-tech product catalogues and also the technology of the projects and products should be leading domestically.
The projects should be at the stage of research, middle-trials production, or small quantity production.
The enterprises should provide applications to the enterprises service center for enrollment, the curriculum of the main personnel, the feasibility of the projects, the technological credentials for the projects such as technological achievements examination certificates, patent certificates, and/or examination reports and the plans for project incubation.
The center will receive the application and will evaluate its technology.
After the agreement from the center, the incubating enterprise will sign a contract with the Center. The enterprise will go to the business invitation bureau in Wenzhou hi-tech industrial zone for the establishment of its project.
With the approval document of the establishment of the project, the enterprises will go to the taxation bureau and the industry and commerce bureau for registration.
