Business Incubator of Wenzhou Hi-tech Park, established on March 16,2001,is a non-profit and public-good service organization attached to Administrative Commission of Wenzhou Hi-Tech Park. The incubator creates a favorable environment and all-round services for benefiting technical innovation and industrialization, cultivating technology-based start-up and fledgling enterprises and promoting the development of hi-tech industry of Wenzhou City. It provides tenants enterprises with below-market leasing rates, shared supporting facilities, building management, preferential policies and business consulting in order to optimize public relation and lower entrepreneur costs and risks of tenants enterprises in their starting period.

The Center is located at the golden section of Wenzhou hi-tech park with an area of 240 Mu and an investment of RMB 300 Million.
